On your 2 recycling boxes, you will find a label that containes your Login ID. When logging in you will be asked to confirm that you are the occupier of the household on the box label

We do not record personal details of households such as your name or email address. We will not disclose individual household recycling rates to anyone else and we will only publish aggregated data.
